I am a proud wife of active duty U.S Navy N.P., I am a veteran, an educator, and mother of three teens and honored to be in a blended family. I am a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist with an insatiable thirst to understand more about mind, body, spirit connection.

My commitment to health and wellness has been a lifelong passion, and I firmly believe STRUCTURE IS FUNCTION & our issues are in our tissues.

In my practice, I aim to promote well-being by utilizing only organic, botanically based, and 100% natural products, a safe space to share & release tension in the body.
